Mali has comparative
Common misconceptions of miniature roses that will make ideal houseplants. Before moving them indoors, realize that miniature roses can grow to 4 feet in height. This large houseplant will need a very generous source of light. Micro-mini roses however, only grow to about 5 inches tall and just as easy to maintain.
If you determined that miniature roses indoors, there are a few tips that will bring them more easily.
Planting Indoors
Put the drive in direct sun. They grow in the sunniest window of your home. If the stems seem to stretch out, leaving wide gaps between the leaves, your rose is not getting enough light. Or move the plant to a new location or provide supplemental light.
Make sure you plant a week to swim. Spraying will reduce the risk of spider-mite attack. Gently Mist the tops and undersides of leaves. Spray and remove dust.
Make sure that your plant looks comfortable in its pot. If the pot is too small, the plant will be cramped. If it is too large, your roses will be reluctant to grow.
Planting Outdoors
Outdoors, most miniature roses bloom from spring to winter. If covered with mulch, it will have a good chance of surviving frost and cold winters. You can plant your roses directly into the ground, hanging baskets, or a 80-10 inch pot. Make sure your plant is not in the shade of large trees or anything that will cast a shadow. These plants like a little direct sunlight.
If you decide to plant your roses directly into the ground, dig a hole about 1 foot in depth and diameter. Take your rose from its pot and gently untangle any loose roots. Place roots down to the hole. Refill hole with loose soil, so that your mini roses are at the tip of the country. Water your plants thoroughly. These same rules apply to potting your plant.
Water Truly
Do not let the soil dry out. The first three weeks are crucial for any plant health. Of water each day for those three weeks. These roses do not enjoy the water! After 3-week period is over, your goal is to just keep their soil moist. Check the soil daily – If it feels dry, give it some water.
Miniature roses will look great in your living room, the edges of your flower beds or anywhere in your house or garden needs a little burst of color.
