I want to set up a “travel website” for a 50th B-day! Are there any non “couple” sites out there to do this?

I seem to only be able to find sites for honeymoons and anniversary but not any for individuals. My mom’s dream has been to go to France and we would like to set up a travel website where instead of gifts friends can donate towards her trip!!
